Amber-eyed Beauty and Blue-eyed Beast Stamp

Given dA's close-knit communities dedicated to fan and original works, a friend of mine suggested a stamp should be designated for the APH fan fiction series, "Amber-eyed Beauty and Blue-eyed Beast".

Fan fiction, as discussed in our Summer Fan Fiction Workshop, can produce an impact on a person's life. For me, Amber-eyed Beauty and the Blue-eyed Beast did just that- from this fic, I was blessed in meeting new and now endeared friends, having formed bonds with readers and fellow writers, and have learned a great deal of writing and life from this particular fic.

New readers, or those interested in the series, Amber-eyed Beauty and Blue-eyed Beast is an Axis Powers Hetalia AU fan fiction series.

Set in an alternate world in the 1920's, against a backdrop of espionage, social intrigue and familial strife, the series focuses on the Roma and Beilschidmt families, respectively.

When Nonno Roma finds himself in dire debt, he turns to espionage.

Ludwig Beilschidmt, the presumed head of the Beilschidmt family and estate, and prominent military officer, is embroiled in a political plot to dismantle his country's decaying government and charge a new form of government. However, the certain machinations of his former commanding officer (Von Rictherein) place him in a precarious situation.

 Roma's first mission is to infiltrate the Beilschimdt and procure evidence to convict Ludwig of plotting against the government, all efforts go awry. Caught by Ludwig, Roma's barter results in his granddaughter Felicia (dubbed the "Amber-eyed Beauty" in her home city) fierily proposing her own conditions: in order to ensure her grandfather and brother's joined silence about Ludwig's plot and avert espionage charges themselves, Felicia agrees to remain at the Beilschidmt estate as  political "insurance"- in essence, a political hostage.

But the dangers do not cease there for Felicia- or Ludwig.
With the growing tension of the nearing date of Ludwig's coup, Felicia finds herself targeted in Von Richterein's own counter coup against Ludwig. As time passes in her agreement, Felicia likewise finds herself succumbing to another weighty matter- her own regard for Ludwig.

Coincidentally, Ludwig begins  harboring a regard for the fiery young woman beyond mere civility.

But can he risk his objective for something he cannot readily believe?



This year, let's look forward to new chapters and the final conclusion of what happens to Felicia and Ludwig. I promise you will not be disappointed!
